Quesada Carpio Ham Company has over 30 years of experience in ham production. Our know -how and the micro-climatic conditions of Caniles, located at a height of 900 m in Sierra Norte de Granada , give all our products the flavour, texture and aroma that satisfy the most demanding palates.
Today a wide variety of hams is available under the following trade marks: Quesada Carpio for white pigs, Boncal for Duroc pigs, and Prados del Rey for the Iberian pig variety. Shoulder-ham (ham from the foreleg) , sliced products and sausages are also in the market . We also produce Olive oil.
