Jamones Quesada Carpio has taken part in “Functional food and Biotechnology”, a course organized by Vicente Callao Charitable Teaching Organization. The mentioned course was given in the Faculty of Chemistry, Granada University, between 12th and 20th of last November. Juan Antonio Quesada, manager of Jamones Quesada carpio, in his lecture about cured ham and quality, analysed in depth the factors that must be taken into account in order to achieve high quality cured ham such as Quesada Carpio produces. After the course, it was offered to the audience a Quesada Carpio cured ham tasting after which everybody expressed a very positive opinion about its properties. |
